Mayfield Machine & Tool offers a wide range of services for your industrial machining needs. With over 40 years of experience with manual, CNC machining, and welding we can get your production moving and help you get your equipment back up and running in a timely manner.

Types of Machining

We utilize these types of machining:

• Manual machining like sawing, turning, milling, drilling, broaching
• Fabrication – shearing, bending, and welding
• Precision surface grinding
• CNC turning and 4 axis milling

Small Repair Work

We are also capable of doing repair work on something as small as your lawnmower or bicycle. Removing broken bolts and welding broken lawn furniture.

Larger Machining

MMT has years of experience in machining large industrial parts using vertical lathes and horizontal boring mills. We are skilled in machining and sleeving large cast iron housings and returning them to factory specs. We can do one off parts, prototypes or larger production runs. We pride ourselves on being able to fix things from a broken piece of farm equipment to performing industrial machining for large factories.

Welding and Brazing

We have a self-contained weld shop offering tig, mig, and stick welding. We also do silver brazing of large copper assemblies.

We can machine a variety of different materials including the following:

• phenolic

 We also keep a large stock of material for quick turn arounds when you have an emergency breakdown.

Third Party Vendors

We work with other vendors for silver plating, painting, powder coating, heat treating, hardening, annealing, Teflon coating, and zinc coating.
